Cherupushpa Mission League (CML)

he CML is an organisation of children who have received first Holy Communion.

Patron Saint: St Teresa of Child Jesus also known as Saint Little Flower who still lives on in the hearts of innocent children of God.

Our Motto: Love, Sacrifice, Service and Suffering.

Inagurated at STSMCC by Fr George Cheeramkuzhi formally on 16th February 2008 at St. Joseph’s Church, Fishponds.

As a newly born organisation of our church, CML plans to be a strong and interactive body of children who are called to be examples of childhood faith, innocence, hope and love. Through our faith and actions, CML hopes to grow into a prayerful and pious organisation of the St. Thomas Syro Malabar Catholic Church, Bristol. CML aims at Missionary activities and personality development.



Holy Childhood (Thirubalasakhyam)

Holy Childhood is an association of children who have not received First Holy Communion. They conduct prayers and collect funds to help the charity for children. We aim to bring them together for prayer and other activities after the Holy Qurbana.

Activities

> Conduct prayers of Mission league on Sunday (Sodality)

> Encourage the members to practice short prayers and little sacrifices.

> Encourage the members to have active participation in sacraments.

> Help missionary activities.

> Actively participate in Feasts and Parish Day Activities.

> Collect copper coins every week to help Missions and Charities.

> Conduct Mission Sunday activities as it is done in Kerala.

> Develop leadership skills.
